C. Rogerson called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m. in the Culinary Arts room, Room 108, Hazel Atlas Building, Wheeling Regional Campus.

G. Winland assumed the Presidency since he was President elect. B. Matey was elected as Vice President/President Elect and T. Danford was elected as Secretary.
The following individuals were elected to the Faculty Senate Executive Commitee (beginning a 2 year term): M. Goldstein, M. Grubor, N. Krupinski, B. Matey, C. Rogerson, and G. Winland.
The following individuals will be serving the second year to their term on the Faculty Senate Executive Committee: T. Danford, K. Herrington, R. Honeman, G. Pickett, R. Pusz, D. Roth, and S. Rychlicki
